Keychains

T-shirt “makeover”

I took one of my son’s t-shirts that he has outgrown…cut the image out (cutting both the front and back of t-shirt)…flipped to where the right sides were facing each other…stitched together 3 complete sides and half of the fourth…flipped right sides out, and stuffed with poly-fill…then hand stitched the opening… My son loves Minecraft…


Refashion Old T-shirt To Tank Top – DIY

Ok so for my first “sewing” project, I decided to try the “Refashion old t-shirt to tank top” project…It came out good, but a little on the short side due to cutting the 2 strips from the bottom like the pattern says…SOOOO the next time I make this I am going to use a different…

Now let me start by saying that I have never sewn anything with a sewing machine before LOL (but I’m a sewing fool when sewing by hand)…anyhoo, my wonderful mother-in-law just gave me a sewing machine (Singer Model 600)… I have downloaded the manual and read it…and “sew” it begins!!! Easy Peasy Textured Afghan
