Banana Nut Bread

Yields1 Serving

 ½ cup butter - softened
 1 ½ cups sugar
 2 eggs
 2 tbsp milk
 2 cups all purpose flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp salt
 1 cup mashed bananas
 ¾ cup pecans, walnuts, or your choice of nut - chopped

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Cream butter and sugar

Add eggs - one at a time

Add milk and vanilla

In another bowl, whist flour, baking soda and salt

Add dry mixture to wet mixture, alternating flour with bananas - beat well after each addition

Fold in nuts

Bake 65-75 minutes until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean
