Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

 ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
 12 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tbsp shallot
 1 tbsp dijon mustard
 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
 1 tsp sugar
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ cup olive oil

In a jar with a tightly fitting lid, add all ingredients and shake vigorously to combine, or add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined.

Any leftovers can be kept in the fridge for 1 week.
