Pimento Cheese

Yields1 Serving
 1 8-ounce package cream cheese room temperature
 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
 1 cup mayonnaise
 1 small jar diced pimentos
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt
 Cracked black pepper to taste

Add all ingredients except pimentos to a large bowl

Mix by hand or with a hand mixer until light and creamy

Fold in pimentos

Refrigerate or serve immediately

 

NOTE: This will set up to be a bit more solid after refrigerating.
